Before the clean
Customers should secure small valuables, identify delicate or unusually valuable objects, flag loose or pre-damaged fittings, and tell Cenlora about surfaces requiring specialist care.
Care during the clean
Cleaners are expected to handle property carefully, avoid unsuitable abrasive methods, leave private sealed storage alone unless agreed, and stop to ask where there is a risk of damage.
If damage occurs
Cenlora expects accidental damage to be reported rather than concealed. We will review whether it occurred during the service, the prior condition, whether repair is possible, and an appropriate next step.
Pre-existing conditions and access
Cenlora is not responsible for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, unstable fittings, age-related deterioration or permanent staining not caused by negligent cleaning. Keys and access codes must be handled confidentially.
